Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond basamt's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. basamt will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside its direct control.
basamt reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Suspended accounts will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and basamt will communicate the outcome and any required remedial steps to the account holder.
basamt may permanently close an account and forfeit its balance where the account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false KYC documentation, or breached any material provision of these Terms. Prior to closure and forfeiture, basamt will provide written notice to the registered email address unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing fraud investigation.
You may close your basamt account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
